Iris Apfel, the woman in the above photograph, recently designed a collection for MAC Cosmetics. This was the promotional image that went along with the collection, and I cannot tell you how much this image inspires me. It’s just perfect. The colors, the textures, the composition…I think it’s just breathtaking. The way the green, black, and red look together is nothing short of spectacular. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find out who the photographer is—perhaps Bill Cunningham, who has worked with her a lot in the past. Just thought I’d share.
