Spent my Saturday night at Beacher’s Madhouse. Utterly bizarre experience.
Beacher’s is at the Roosevelt Hotel, and it’s kind of a burlesque club meets funhouse with the layout of Vaudeville theater. You enter through a secret passageway behind a bookcase and walk through a hall of mirrors to get to the actual room, and the show involves people walking around in all sorts of character costumes, singers, burlesque dancers, etc.
